The above are weekly terms per flat and include : colour TV, central heating (when appropriate) and car park. Electricity is metered to each apartment (£ coins). Charge for linen £25 per 2 person unit and £35 per 4 person flat, including towels etc. Duvets and pillows are provided. A divan can be put into most flats to accommodate an extra person at a weekly charge of £35. Cot provided £10. All built in bed and wardrobe units (these are in the studio flats) include spiral sprung beds with deep sprung interior mattresses. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking (THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE). The balance of charges is due on arrival. Dogs £30 per week accepted in certain flats.
